Thrive with Ethics

thriveThroughout our years of education and training, we have been taught the theory and practice of being a compassionate and competent clinician.

I got into this profession because I believe it was my calling.  Like me, you probably also feel that it is your purpose in life to help others. We both know that we didn’t get into this profession for the money…

I really enjoy what I do for a living and I assume you do too; otherwise, we wouldn’t be doing this career and continuing to help more and more people live healthier and happier.

Now reflect for a minute… do you ever have the following thoughts?

I would like to be able to reach more people than I currently do.

You love what you do for a living. You also know that you would like to reach more people because you want everyone who could benefit from your help to come see you. I have found a way and I know you can too.

I wish I could see more clients in a day.

Don’t you wish you had more hours in the day? We all do, but not all for work (I hope). You don’t have to have more hours in the day to see more clients.  You can see a lot more clients without spending an additional hour of your day.

I would like to live comfortably with my income and keep a well-balanced life.

How nice it would be to live comfortably without spending 90% of your time at work? You could spend more time doing other activities that you enjoy with family and friends. There is freedom in having extra income and I can show you how.

I love what I do but it would be nice to have some passive income.

It is nice indeed to go to sleep and wake up with more money in your bank account. Not only that, but money does impact your practice. How do you think things would change if your livelihood is not dependent on the paycheck you receive from your clients each week?

SoWhy Thrive with Ethics?

It is really simple. I’m a psychologist who wants to help others; therefore, ethics always comes first!  As a subject matter expert writing the State Examination for the Board of Psychology, I’m a firm believer that we need to uphold the highest levels of law and ethics in our work.  Also, when you practice with ethics, you’re putting your clients first and when you are there to serve, you’re going to have a successfully thriving business.

But in order to open and maintain a successful practice, you need more than just the desire to help others. Not every clinician who tries to set up a private practice is successful at it. To have anything that is sustainable, you need to have a strong foundation.  Just like building a house, you can’t have your foundation set on sand and expect it to weather the storm. You have to know the right way to open your practice because it’s your career and your business.  Whether you want to have a managed care practice, private pay, or both, you still need to know the laws and ethics of opening a practice.

Anyone can go out, lease or sublet an office and start seeing clients as a sole proprietor, but are you aware of the legal ramifications? What you don’t know can hurt you. Also when you’re thriving, you want to protect all of your assets.

There are four essential components you need to know to have a thriving business:

  • Laws and ethics behind opening and expanding your business
  • Stress-free strategies in marketing with ethics
  • Creating and cultivating passive income revenues
  • Maintaining expertise and publicity

Thrive with Ethics is an 8-week online coaching program where you’ll get weekly group coaching sessions.  You’ll also get individualized support from me and my staff via email whenever you feel stuck or are just in need of a quick answer.

Here’s what you’ll be getting by the end of this program:

  • Knowing the legal aspects of business to best protect yourself and your assets.
  • Knowing how to own and operate your practice with ethics and staying compliant with the Board.
  • Learning the ins-in-outs of marketing. (How would you like to keep your phone ringing and clients filling up your office without spending a dime? I’ll tell you how).
  • Maximizing your strength and clinical expertise to stand out.
  • Taking your business to the next level (doesn’t matter where you are.)
  • Having multiple sources of passive income so your bank account grows while you sleep.
  • Getting your message out to thousands (if not millions) of people. The more people you can reach the more you can help.

I love seeing clients.  But I also want to help other therapists. That way, I’m not limited to the clients that I see in the office and the people I speak to at conferences and events. I want to reach much more people by helping other therapists.

I’d like to share my secrets to success with you so you don’t have to waste years on it.  Also, you don’t have to learn them the hard way like I did. I learned from my success and mistakes so I can help you get it right the first time around!

The program is small and intimate. I’d like to know you and your business on a personal level so I could better help you. Seats are limited as I’m only going to accept 35 candidates for this program.  Sign up today!

Thrive with Ethics is an online coaching program, but once a year we provide it as an intensive workshop.  When you attend the Thrive with Ethics workshop in person you’ll receive 6 CEU credits.

This is an intensive workshop therefore it is kept to a limit of 35 participants to facilitate an intimate and in-depth learning experience.

If you have partaken in our online program but would like a refresher then you may attend our live workshop for only $299.  The $299 enough is to cover for administrative and clerical cost.

We look forward to seeing you at our event!
